Minor Update to Pass-2-Load Labels
A change to the new version of OG7 V3.4 will include a small change to the Pass-2-Load label, in the coming months SLP will start to issue a revised centre insert in the Pass-2-Load label, the new insert will no longer require the Inspector to recored the expiry “DAY” date on the label itself, the inspector will only be required to record the month the Pass-2-Load will expire. More details are provided in section 3.2 Pass-2-Load labels in the OG7 V3.4.
SLP Inspection locations must enter the following information on all Pass-2-Load labels issued;
-The registration number of the equipment inspected; EXAMPLE. [ABC123]
–The AIL name and or the AIL licence number; EXAMPLE. [453]
–The date the inspection is physically completed in a day/month/year format EXAMPLE [31/01/2020];
-The month the Pass-2-Load inspection label will expire in a numeric format EXAMPLE the pass expires on the 31/07/2020 the expiry month must be entered as an [ 7 ];
This will ensure the vehicle remains approved under SLP until the last day of the 7th Month in the example above.
