New Trainee Process Flow

• Trainers can access information about the Trainee via the SLP trainer App.
  • Driver’s License Number & Expiry date
  • Dangerous Goods Licence Number & Expiry date
•  Trainers are required to confirm the Trainee’s physical identifying documents correspond with what the trainee has entered into the SLP ID system.
• Once Face to Face training is completed, the trainer confirms this via the SLP system, the trainee will be granted immediate access to the online training assessment process.
• Trainees will no longer be required to book in and attend a terminal to complete an online assessment.
• Trainee assessments can be completed immediately on completion of face to face training, at the trainers premises, or at any other location where the trainee has access to a computer, phone, tablet and the internet.

Separately to the new trainee process the ID renewal process has also changed allowing ID card holders to access and complete their renewal assessment remotely, without the need to book in and attend a terminal to complete the assessment.  To assist us with security all assessments conducted will be monitored via a number of different data gathering statistics that will allow us to focus increased levels of auditing. Different data points will highlight risks via a reporting engine that will analyse the assessment data.
