- Australian Business Number (ABN)
- Contact name, title and/or responsibility
- Contact numbers (Phone, mobile & email)
- Experience with dangerous goods road tankers or associated areas
- Competency and experience of personnel performing training.
To: [email protected] About the process: Safe Load Program will contact the trainer within 20 working days to further discuss the application details. If the applicant wishes to proceed then SLP will provide the following:
- New Trainer Application Letter
- Licence Application Form
- SLP SSP-2 – Standard System Process – New Load Trainer
- SLP Licence Trainer P/C Flow Diagram
- SLP Licence Agreement
Safe Load Program will review your initial application and if successful, the next step is for the applicant to attend an SLP Train the Trainer Course, the coarse costing $660 (inc GST) plus travel expenses. On successful completion of training, a Trainer Licence Agreement and Invoice for the Trainers Licence will be sent out for signing and payment, on receipt of which Safe Load Program will issue the Trainer Accreditation Certificate. Information:
- Safe Load Program requires trainers to be individually licensed, and a Trainers Licence Fee of $1,100 per annum (inc GST) is charged.
- A one on one SLP Train the Trainer course Fee of $660 (inc GST) not including travelling expenses.
- Travel expenses are negotiated when planning a training time and date are agreed.
